⭐️New first aid training date ⭐️Saturday 15th November 10-12.30pm
We're delighted to have Sarah Barnes, medical nurse of 20 years back with us delivering a morning First Aid Training Course.
In this 2.5 hour training you'll cover a range of skills including using a mini-defibrillator.
Sarah is a down to earth, lovely and highly experienced tutor on the subject matter. The last time she came to visit us we all learned so much, and even though the topic of first aid is quite serious, the morning was really enjoyable too
Some subjects we will cover
What to do in an emergency and when to get help
CPR - baby. child & adult
Recover Positions baby child & adult
Defibrillators
Choking
Anaphylaxis
Burns
Head injuries
Seizures
Fractures
Strokes and heart attacks
Bleeding and bandaging
Shock
Although not usually included in the 2 hour course, as a treat for One With Nature Sarah will also include tuition for how to use mini defibrillators.
+ A certificate at the end of the course
Class size will be limited on the day to allow room for training, so do please reserve your places as soon as you know you'd like to join in
