Join us for an afternoon of practical First Aid training focused on life-saving CPR and defibrillator (AED) use. The session also covers first aid situations that are particularly relevant when running.
The goal is to help you feel confident and prepared to respond if an incident occurs during a run.
Priority will be given to run leads and volunteers, but if you regularly attend runs this training could be incredibly valuable for you too.
Places are limited so only say you are interested if you can actually commit to the date.
