The way injuries and illnesses are managed acutely can greatly affect the length of the recovery. Come out and learn some basic first aid concepts that are helpful in keeping students in the game. This event is FREE for Ellixson’s TKD students* and family members.
*recommended for ages 12 and older
Note: This is NOT a certification course and will only cover common injuries and illnesses as they pertain to martial arts.
