First Aid for Landcare Community

We are excited to announce an upcoming First Aid training session presented by 3 Rivers Training on behalf of Allens Training. This nationally accredited course is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your first aid skills and gain confidence in handling emergency situations.

Course Details:

Date: 6th May 2025
Time: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM (in person component)
Venue: The Hub Bairnsdale, 27 Dalmahoy Street, Bairnsdale, Vic, 3875.

Units Included in Your Certificate:

• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
• HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
• HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Training Method:

• Enhanced Online Learning (EOL):

• Online learning: 4-5 hours (learner dependent)

• Online Theory assessment: 30 minutes

• To be completed 7 days prior to the training day

• Face-to-Face Training and Assessment:

• Practical consolidation of First Aid content

• 2.25 hours per session

Additional Benefits:

• EOL provides access to video content for 3 years
• Cost-free training
• Maximum of 16 participants (minimum of 10) Participants must be able to complete the online component 7 days prior to in person session and must be available to attend in person session.

Our goal is to ensure that participants not only acquire the necessary first aid skills but also gain the confidence to step into an emergency situation and provide assistance. We aim to create an engaging and supportive learning environment, with a few laughs along the way!
