Our two day First Aid at Work re-qualification is regulated, meets the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and is consistent with ERC 2025/ILCOR2025/UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines. You need to have an existing First Aid at Work certificate to attend this course. Just get in touch to discuss your requirements/expiry date.
We tailor all courses to your specific requirements, no previous experience is required and this approved qualification is valid for 3 years. Spaces cost £195 + VAT each.
What’s covered on the course?
- The role and special considerations for the first aider
- Incident Procedure – How to systematically deal with any first aid incident, including the Primary and Secondary Surveys
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and defibrillator/AED use
- Record keeping
- First aid kit advice
We also look at how to recognise and deal with:

Shock
Injuries to bones, muscles, joints
Spinal injury
Chest injuries
