Learn life-saving first aid & family protection skills in 90 mins — practical, empowering & perfect for parents and carers.About this Event
This powerful 90-minute workshop gives parents, carers, and families the skills and confidence to protect their loved ones — both in an emergency and for the future.
The session is split into two engaging parts:
👶 Part 1 – Practical First Aid (60 minutes)
Hands-on, confidence-building training covering:
- Baby and child CPR and choking
- Recovery position, bleeding and burns
- Using a defibrillator (AED)
- Spotting meningitis and serious symptoms early
- Staying calm and in control during real emergencies
💬 Part 2 – Family Protection & Financial Wellbeing (30 minutes)
Clear, friendly guidance to help families plan for the unexpected, including:
- Understanding life insurance, critical illness, and income protection
- Why wills and trusts are essential to safeguard your children
- How to ensure your assets and policies truly benefit your loved ones
- Simple, practical next steps for lasting peace of mind
