Comprehensive First Aid and Trail Trauma Preparedness class.Bring your First Aid kits that you carry with you on the trail. In this hands-on session you will learn the essentials of first aid and skills tailored for the outdoor, trail safety tips, and how to handle emergency situation effectively.
