A FREE. FAMILY FUN EVENT! Co-hosted by The Venue at Lenoir City and Santa Gary. Guests will enjoy crafts, games, inflatables, treats, music and more holiday surprises. We hear that there might even be a special visit from Santa & Mrs. Claus (complete with free photos)!OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE AS A VENDOR...
1) GOODWILL SPONSORS ($250)
Help us cover our out-of-pocket costs for this free community event. In the months leading up to the event, your generosity will be acknowledged in our e-newsletter, which is distributed to 1700+ subscribers; throughout our social media platforms; on our robust website; and on digital signage at The Venue the night of the event.
2) CRAFTING/GAMING BOOTH PARTICIPANTS
You provide the materials and manpower needed for your craft project or game, as well as any prizes or other keepsake tokens you’d like to distribute to the children. We provide the table, table covering and chairs. Specific limitations and ideas will be provided at a later date. Basically, we ask that craft projects be NEAT and games be SIMPLE and QUICK to avoid long lines. Food-based crafts will be assessed on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will be promoted in advance of the event and are welcome to display their business’ logo signage at their booth. THERE IS NO COST, SO DON'T BE FOOLED BY SCAMMERS!
