An Evening of Fire, Flavor & Friends

Join us at The Salted Rim for an extraordinary evening where open-fire cooking, exceptional food, and carefully curated bourbon and wine flights come together for a truly unique outdoor dining experience.

Chef Tammy Mozingo brings the art of live-fire cooking to life with an impressive menu prepared over open flames. From a beautifully arranged grazing table and fireside appetizers to slow-roasted whole pig, fire-roasted chicken, seasonal accompaniments, and a memorable dessert, every course celebrates the flavors of the fire.

Guiding the bourbon and wine experience is Jamie Bland, whose expertise in wine and spirits, including WSET training, brings a special touch to the evening. Jamie has thoughtfully curated a selection of exceptional bourbons and wines to complement each course of the fireside menu. Guests will choose a flight of four bourbons or four wines, expertly selected and paired with the evening's culinary offerings.

As the fires glow and the evening unfolds, enjoy great food, wonderful company, and a relaxed, social atmosphere that's perfect for sharing with friends.

Ticket & Weather Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required by applicable law or Eventbrite's policies.

In the event of inclement weather, the event will move to Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM. All tickets will automatically remain valid for the rain date.

If the event is canceled entirely, ticket purchases will be refunded.
