Lowcountry meets the Caribbean for an open-fire poolside feast.
Kick off your weekend at the Starlight Motor Inn for a one-of-a-kind culinary crossover. We’re firing up the Sea Island forge and pulling up Tank’s Rolling BBQ Joint for a "West Indies meets Lowcountry" Barbacoa.
We’ve brought together a heavy-hitting trio of chefs to man the flames: Chef Digby Stridiron, Farm Cook Tank, and special guest Chef Osei "Picky" Blackett. This isn't just a dinner; it's a full-on Caribbean-inspired takeover.
The Feast
Expect a menu rooted in open-fire tradition, featuring:
- Regenerative Pork & Beef sourced directly from the farm.
- Fresh Local Shrimp from the legendary Tarvin’s Seafood.
- Caribbean Staples: Savory breadfruit, slow-roasted pork, oxtail and island-inspired sides.
- The High-Low Lux: Don't miss the Cracklins & Caviar—the ultimate salty, crunchy, indulgent bite.

- The Beat: DJ Nor_Way spinning a Caribbean-inspired set to keep the poolside grooving.
- The Heat: Griot will be on-site with their signature hot sauces, featuring mini-bottle giveaways and exclusive merch.
