FIRE GLOW: Hot Yoga Meets EDM ✨🔥Saturday, January 31 | 5:30–7:00 PM
Turn down the lights and turn up the energy.
Fire Glow is a high-vibe, immersive hot yoga experience where movement meets music, glow meets flow and sweat meets soul. Under black lights and neon glow, we’ll move through a 60-minute creative hot vinyasa set to pulsing EDM beats. Expect playful transitions, balance challenges, rhythmic flow and a few dance it out moments that invite you to move freely and unapologetically.
We’ll fill the space with glow sticks, blacklights, glow-in-the-dark tattoos and electric energy that makes the mat feel more like a dance floor than a studio.
After we sweat, move and shake loose what no longer serves you, we’ll settle into a 30-minute Fire Yoga Nidra, designed to deeply restore your nervous system while sealing in your intention for the year ahead. Bolsters and blocks will be provided so you can fully surrender into rest, integration and renewal.
