Your Numbered Blood Bowl Team
Painting is not required for this event. However, your players do need to be numbered to match your roster. This can be done on or under the base
Copy of the BB2020 ruleset and any books applicable to your team: Spike Journals/etc.
All rosters must be registered through tourplay (https://tourplay.net/en)
Tourplay will be used to run this event, if you have any problems getting set up with it, please do not hesitate to ask for help.
Pitch/Dugouts/Templates (There will be pitches on hand but we appreciate any additional pitches

You must use the supplied D6s for the event
GW, NAF, and Baron of Dice block dice are approved, other block dice require TO approval

TOURNAMENT SCORING
- Win: +18 points
- Tie: +12 points
- Loss: +6 points
- Conceding: -6 points
+ 1 point per net touchdown (up to a maximum of 3)
+ 1 point per net casualty (up to a maximum of 3)
In the event of a tie between any tournament points, ties will be broken in this order:
1) Total Score (Head to Head)
2) Net TDs
3) Total TDs
4) Net Casualties
TOURNAMENT RULES:
- BB2020 rules, supplementary rules (Death Zone, Spike Journals), Teams of Legend, and Historic Teams (ie. Slann) will be used.
- Post-match sequences will be ignored
- Illegal procedures will not be called
- Player injuries and casualties reset after each game (Resurrection Rules)
- 2-hour 15-minute round time limits will be enforced - Once time is called you will have 5 minutes to finish the current turn. NO EXCEPTIONS. Timers available upon request
- Overtime will not be played
Fire from the High Ground
The tournament sponsors (and fans) have been disappointed with the lack of bloodshed in recent games and have decided to up the ante! They have substituted the normal ball for a spiked one giving whichever player possesses the ball Mighty Blow +1 while they have the ball. In addition, all teams have access to a Wizard fireball once per game. NOTE: only the fireball option is available, not the ZAP!
FIREBALL
You may cast this spell at the end of either player's team turn, before the next team turn begins. Choose a target square anywhere on the pitch and roll a D6 for each Standing player (from either team) that occupies either the target square or a square adjacent to it:
On a roll of 4+, the player has been hit by the Fireball.
On a roll of 1-3, the player manages to avoid the Fireball.
Any Standing players hit by the Fireball are Knocked Down. When a player is Knocked Down by a Fireball, you may apply a +1 modifier to either the Armour roll or Injury roll. This modifier may be applied after the roll has been made
TEAM CREATION:
You will have 1,200,000 gold to build your team; these funds can be used for players and inducements
Your team must have a minimum of 11 players before purchasing star players.
Highlander rule for Star Players will be used (meaning if both teams field the same star player – they were both cheated, and neither gets to use them!)
Star Players cost 2 SPP to hire, in addition to their gold cost
Griff Oberwald, Hakflem Skuttlespike, and Morg ‘n’ Thorg have gotten wind of the incoming fireballs and are “too busy” to attend this event. (They are banned).
The remaining Mega-Stars (Cindy Piewhistle, Bomber Dribblesnot, Kreek Rustgouger, and Deeproot Strongbranch) cost 4 SPP
- You will receive SPP which may be used to purchase skills based on your tier as specified in the BB2020 Rulebook:
Tier 1: Amazon, Chaos Dwarf, Dark Elf, Dwarf, Lizardman, Norse, Shambling Undead, Skaven, Underworld Denizens, Wood Elf, High Elf
Tier 2: Black Orc, Chaos Chosen, Chaos Renegade, Orc, Elven Union, Human, Imperial Nobility, Khorne, Necromantic Horror, Old World Alliance, Slann, Tomb Kings, Vampire, Nurgle
