It'll be the perfect opportunity to unwind and experience deep relaxation with a crystal bowl soundbath. Our certified sound practitioner, Kali will guide you through this unique experience, helping you release any emotional blockages or negative thoughts that have been weighing you down. Imagine being surrounded by the calming sounds of crystal & tibetan singing bowls, rain sticks, ocean drum, gong and other instruments as you let go of all your worries and anxieties. This transformative experience will guide you on a meditative journey leaving you feeling renewed and refreshed from the inside out. So, come and treat yourself with self love this Valentines Day on Saturday Februay 14th 4:00-5:30pm to experience the magic of sound baths for yourself!

Please arrive @3:45pm to sign in and find your space to settle in for a relaxing evening of sound healing and letting go. Soundbath starts promptly at 4:00pm.

What to bring:

A yoga mat (a few available to borrow)

A pillow, and a blanket to keep you cozy throughout the session.

A pair of socks to keep your feet warm.

Eye masks are highly encouraged.(Available as desired)

Your favorite water bottle to hydrate.

Come with an open mind with self-love and a willingness to let go and surrender to the healing power of sound! Our soundbath is open to anyone over the age of 12 (with guardian) who wants to relax. Get ready to de-stress, rejuvenate, and transform.
