Preparing your own Fire cider is easy, rewarding, and a relatively simple way to create high-quality, affordable medicine. Because this is a folk preparation, the ingredients can change from year to year depending on when you make it and what's growing around you. We like to take a tablespoon each morning to help warm up or triple that if we feel the sniffles coming on. We’ll go over the details a few times so you’ll be sure to pick it up!
$25 is the cost for the course which includes: herbal safety, history of folk plant medicine making, types of solvents and ways to include flavor, all ingredients for hands on creating your own fire cider.
