Join us at Studio Eight, Wells, for a relaxed and welcoming morning combining seasonal fire cider making, crystal connection and guided meditation.
Hosted by Ashleigh from Cuatro Soles Healing and Ivi from Four Winds Alchemy, this is an opportunity to learn something new, connect with others and take a little time for yourself as we move into the colder months.
What to expect
- A welcoming opening circle and grounding practice.
- An introduction to fire cider with Ivi from Four Winds Alchemy.
- A hands-on fire cider-making session, creating your own preparation to take home.
- A crystal connection session with Ashleigh from Cuatro Soles Healing.
- A guided meditation to relax and reconnect with yourself.
- Reflection time and a closing circle.
Whether you’re curious about fire cider, interested in crystals or simply looking for a little time out, you’re welcome.
