Guided Drumming Meditation with Danielle

Danielle will lead a grounding meditation to guide you inward before moving into collective drumming. Through breath and steady rhythm, you’ll be invited to identify what’s ready to be released and anchor into clarity, strength, and calm. No experience necessary. Extra drums and rattles available.

Moxa Mini-Sessions with Olya

Olya will offer brief Moxa sessions, a traditional warming therapy using mugwort to support circulation, ease tension, and restore energetic flow. These calming mini-sessions beautifully complement the drumming experience.

What to Bring:

• Drum or rattle (if you have one)
• Water
• Blanket or cushion
• Layers for the evening
• If you need a special chair, feel free to bring it.
