James Taylor is taking on a challenge to run from Richmond Fire Station to every fire station across North Yorkshire over 14 consecutive days to raise money for The Firefighters Charity and VTRN RESET. Jay will run an average of 30 miles a day calling in at fire stations along the way until he reaches his end point for that day. Jay will stay at that station overnight and then set off the next morning for his next 30 (ish) miles. It has been quite a while since Jay did any real running and whilst training he has had a few setbacks with injuries, but is back on track now and training is becoming the main focus………tapping into the Tiger spirit.
