Info: Gather in the meditation space for a heart-opening cacao ritual to set intentions for the weekend.

Info: Our chef will present us with a culinary ritual honoring the retreat's theme. If you have dietary restrictions, please make that known when you register for the event.

Info: This time is held for us to allow our meal to settle. Enjoy connecting with others, take a walk around the property, nap, read a book, listen to music...this time is all yours!

Group Activations
Info: We can't predict what Mother Nature has in store for us, but we plan to have engaging activities such as playful games that encourage connection and a "candle lit" hike. In true Wim Hof fashion, we will align to the vibe of the tribe. All activities are optional, so despite what we have planned, you are invited to make your way as you feel drawn. The space is magical, so listen to what it may whisper and draw you to discover or explore.

Fireside Reflection
Info: Sauna and fire side comradery (introductions for anyone that arrived late missing the cacao ceremony), s'mores, sparkling mineral water, story sharing. If you choose to sauna at this time of evening, you may just find you experience the best sleep in your life.

Info: Maybe you want to find your way to sleep earlier than this, and that's okay, but we ask that all lights are out by 11PM as we have an early morning start the following day.

Sunrise Session - Gentle Wake
Info: If you are an early-riser, this is for you! Indulge in a self-guided nature walk on one of the 3 trails followed by a silent meditative sauna. Perhaps you want to enjoy the sunrise from the balcony with a warm beverage. Whatever you choose, there is no wrong answer.

Info: Group Wim Hof interactive activities that will include a variation of breathwork, sauna and cold exposure. All activities are optional, listen to your body and partake as you wish.

This workshop focuses on the three pillars of the methodβbreathing, cold exposure, and mindsetβto increase energy, reduce stress, and improve immune response. This is an introduction to the theory and science behind the method

Silent Walks
Info: This time is for introspection. You can choose between a barefoot forest walk, labryrinth walk, possibly a forage adventure (Mother Nature depending) or you may enjoy sketching or writing in the quiet room. The intent is to be silent. Listen to the birds and nature around you. What is it telling you?

Info: Our chef will have prepared an elevated culinary delight to be enjoyed surrounded in ambiance of candlelight and soft music. This meal is intended to be elevated relaxation. Menu will be sent to registered attendees closer to the event date.

Info: This weekend isnβt about rigid schedules β itβs about tuning in. True to Wim Hof Method principles, the program follows the energy of the group and the moment. That means room to push yourself, but also space to rest and recharge.
Youβll train in and around Valaterra β a retreat nestled in the stunning country-side of LaGrange, Kentucky, surrounded by fields of wild flowers, forest, rivers, and natural beauty. Itβs an immersive setting designed to reconnect you to nature, your body, and your breath.
While the flow may shift, you can expect: Breathing, cold exposure, movement, and mindset sessions, sauna, hot showers, and recovery areas, shared meals and group connection, quiet reflection and integration time.
