Fire & Becoming: A Summer Cacao + Movement Journey
We turn to the South— the realm of heat, courage, and full-bodied expression. This is the season of ripening, radiance, and stepping into the version of yourself that no longer hides.
We begin with ceremonial cacao to warm the heart and awaken the inner flame. From here, you’re guided through activating breathwork to stoke the fire in the belly and solar plexus — the centre of will, confidence, and personal power. Once the inner spark is lit, you’ll journey inward to meet a Fire ally or archetype: a presence that supports courage, transformation, and bold self-expression.
Carrying this connection, we move into rhythmic, grounded, fire-inspired movement. Expect pulsing, spiralling, and expressive shapes that help you release stagnation and embody your natural vitality. We then move down to the floor for a relaxing gong bath, allowing the nervous system to soften and integrate the heat in a safe, supported way.
The session closes with journaling to anchor insights into clear, empowered next steps.

Practical details:
Bring a journal, water, and comfortable clothing you can move in. Cacao alternatives provided if needed. Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve the container.
The exchange for this 2‑hour session is £35.
