About this Event

Purpose: Prepare firefighters for all exterior roles: defensive firefighting, MVC’s, FF safety/health, and support roles. This program meets requirements for the DFPC Basic FF Certification.

Equipment: IFSTA 7th edition Essentials of Fire Fighting book, Structural Fire PPE that meets NFPA 1500 (you supply book and PPE)

Pre-requisite: CPR; NIMS ICS 100/200/700/800 (by completion of program). Must have current affiliation with a fire department
