It’s time to start getting ready for our 3rd Annual Bazaar! Come listen to your student's perform with Mr. Velasquez, shop our handmade booths and enjoy a warm cup of cocoa or cider.
Is your student interested in having a table? Read the details below for the requirements. Please read them carefully so we can have a successful event together. Space is limited!!!

DATE: December 12th, 5:30 - 7:00 pm (Setup: 4pm. Between 7-7:15, vendors will have a chance to trade between each other. Takedown: 7:15 pm. If you are not onsite and have not communicated to the staff by 5pm you will not be able to participate.)
LOCATION: Fircrest Elementary Gymnasium
DETAILS:
● Crafters must provide their own table and items. We ask that tables be 6ft or under to accommodate as many people as would like to participate. Electrical outlets will not be available.
● Crafters must be a student, family member, or Fircrest staff to participate.
● Fircrest PTA asks for a donation of 10% of crafter’s proceeds from the event. Fircrest PTA can accept cash, check, or online via Cheddar Up. (Honor System)
● Items must all be handmade by the crafter. Items should appeal to students.
● All items must be sold for under $15
● Food items must be homemade by seller and must be pre-wrapped and with nut allergens declared and labeled. A Food Handler's Card is required if you are selling food consumed by humans or animals & must be emailed to [email protected] by Nov. 8th. Click here to get your Food Handler's Card for $10.
● If a student has a booth, an adult must be in attendance and stay at the booth. Students may sell and participate in the event, we encourage you to take the opportunity to explore their entrepreneurial spirit.
● NO alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, pets, weapons (including knives, swords, firearms, or likeness thereof), explicit or inappropriate merchandise will be permitted on school property.
Please fill out this form if you would like to participate OR print a copy and deliver it to the main office at Fircrest. There is limited space available, priority will be given to items that align with the event goals.
