Like most of us, you probably welcomed the new year with goals, ambitions and the promise of a fresh start. But as the months passed, distractions and day-to-day responsibilities may have derailed some of those plans. And as Black women, the current cultural climate of our nation is just One.More.Thing!

Whew, Chile!

I know you may be feeling stressed.

Navigating the unique challenges of being a Black woman while balancing personal, professional, and societal expectations can be overwhelming. The constant pressure to show up, excel, and care for others can leave little room for your own rest and rejuvenation. It’s okay to step back, breathe, and prioritize yourself.

If you need a moment (or a day!) to focus on yourself so that you can plan for the new year, please accept this invitation…

Join us for FinishStrong: Reflect. Assess. Prepare! #BlackGirlEdition. This transformative one-day event has been designed and curated specifically with you in mind! I am excited to facilitate this experience for a group of like-minded sisters. At the event, we will:

· Create Space for You: From start to finish, the focus of the day will be to create a safe space for you to show up as YOU!

· Keep It Real: You will be encouraged to tell the truth about the challenges you are facing and the “emotional weight” you carry daily.

· Honor Our Unique Perspectives: We will leverage the insight and innovation that comes from your lived experiences as Black women.

· Strengthen Your Voice: Cultivate confidence to advocate for yourself and your vision in spaces where you may feel unseen.

· Affirmation, Affirmation, Affirmation! Celebrate the resilience, strength, and brilliance you bring and use the lessons from our collective journeys to support our sisters.

· Building a Supportive Circle: Connect with other Black women who “get it” and understand that while “the struggle is real,” we can uplift each other

· Build a Game Plan for 2025: Learn strategies to focus on what truly matters, set priorities for 2025 and leave with actionable steps to kick off the new year with confidence and clarity.

Let’s take December as a time to REFLECT on the past, ASSESS where we are, and PREPARE for what’s ahead. Together, we’ll ensure you’re ready to embrace 2025 with a renewed sense of purpose!
