About our facilitator, Nadja Fromm
Nadja Fromm is a neuroscience-informed business and marketing coach who works with small business owners who feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or unclear on their next moves. With 20+ years of experience in international marketing, leadership roles, and entrepreneurship, she helps clients slow things down, untangle their thinking, and make clearer decisions around strategy, messaging, and growth. Her work focuses on clarity over hustle, helping businesses grow in ways that feel sustainable and aligned.
About Kate Constantine
Kate Constantine is a nonprofit professional with a passion for community organizing. She joined Gather in 2022 after working for Spoonfuls in Boston. As Gather's events and engagement manager, she works with local organizations, businesses, and individuals to fundraise and spread awareness about food access.
She received her B.A. In Political Science and Women's and Gender Studies from Wheaton College in Norton, Mass. She is a proud Leadership Seacoast alumna and is a member of the Admissions Committee.
Kate was recently named one of Catapult Seacoast's 2025 10 to Watch.
Outside of work, you can find her reading, collecting vinyl, and seeing local music.
About Kaley Gagne
Kaley Gagne is a VP, Relationship Development Officer at Kennebunk Savings, specializing in helping business customers navigate their deposit and money movement needs. With 10 years of experience in banking, she brings a relationship-focused approach to supporting clients and partners across the region. Kaley received her B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of New Hampshire. She is actively involved in the community and currently serves as President of Catapult Seacoast, a young professional networking organization, in addition to volunteering with several local initiatives. Kaley was recently named Collaborator of the Year by the Portsmouth Chamber Collaborative. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, golfing, and keeping up with her two-year-old.
About Ali Durand
Ali Durand is the CEO of Parlin Solutions, LLC, where she partners with small, female-run businesses to support sustainable growth through efficient internal operations. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire in spring 2023, after launching and leading a successful wellness company for college women. Ali currently works with the Womenโs Business League and plays a key role in developing its new Young Professionals networking branch.
