Cindy is a relationship coach, seasoned yoga teacher, and guided meditation expert. She's been helping women heal since 2010. She's led several US and International Retreats, taught over 12,000 yoga classes, and helped countless women overcome personal obstacles in the way of them trusting themselves and truly living aligned.

Over the course of the last16 years, Cindy has been on a path of deep healing and growth. She worked with a spiritual teacher for years and overcame being an angry victim with a trail of failed relationships and this deep inner work paired with her continued yogic studies have led her to become a well- rounded mindset coach.
