Finding your Taiwanese & Chinese Roots

A Genealogy Seminar for Taiwanese & Chinese Americans — and the Love Boat Generation
2-3pm -- "Meet & Greet" (Outdoor Patio)
3-5pm -- Genealogy Seminar
Are you Taiwanese American or Chinese American and ever wondered where your family came from—and how to find out?
Are you one of the thousands of people who attended Taiwan’s Love Boat Program between 1967 and 2013 and wondered the same thing?
For the very first time, a genealogy seminar is being organized specifically with the Love Boat alumni community in mind.
Previous genealogy events have focused primarily on families with roots in Guangzhou and surrounding areas. This seminar broadens the conversation to include the diverse family histories represented by Love Boat alumni and the wider Taiwanese American and Chinese American communities.
