Meditations are a lot like frogs—you’ve got to kiss a few before you find “the one” that works for you.
In these sessions, we’ll explore ancient meditation techniques that have brought peace and clarity to millions over centuries, tailored to fit our modern-day stresses and needs.
Together, we’ll explore topics like cultivating compassion, managing emotions, and soothing the nervous system—all while experimenting to find what resonates with your current needs, lifestyle and season of life.
There is profound power in coming together as a community to meditate, and we will harness that power during these sessions. No prior experience is necessary. Bring an open mind and heart, a light belly, and your friends!
Meditation for Peace will be held at Center Street every fourth Wednesday of the month.
