Nichole Frandanisa jokes that she tripped, fell, and stuck the landing in Real Estate Investing. As a long time employee in the non profit world, Nichole made a major pivot after a pandemic layoff to go into full time real estate. Happily married for 12 years to her best friend, AJ, they raise their son in and out of flip projects and remodels. Investing for 8 years in real estate, Nichole focuses on the RETURN ON JOY that can be found as an investor. Where family and raising her son is her FIRST investment, building financial freedom and choosing her busy are her ultimate goals. As the host of the Jesus Take The Deal Podcast, Nichole spends time with investors about how they lead their businesses. She travels nationally to help host some of the biggest investing conferences in the nation like Limitless and Brandon Turner's REI Summit. Helping others find their first or next investment while maintaining clarity on joy is what Nichole is all about.
