Come join me for a Reiki infused soundbath the 24th of October! I’m so excited! Our focus will be on bringing forth the peace that is needed in life at that time, whatever it may look like with the sound bowl frequencies bringing a calming awareness to one’s self and soul.Every one’s journey is different It’s all about returning one’s state back to the heart center.The universe has so much love to offer and I’d love to guide you into a state of peace.
A sound bath is like a warm hug in calming sounds.It helps center and ground you in love energies,While giving time to yourself to relax and rejuvenate from the outside chaos.
You can bring mat, blanket,or pillow but some will be provided.
