Almost there!! A tropical cruise, a dodgy shrimp cocktail buffet and an overworked cruise director, Carry Clipboard (CC to her friends) - what could possibly go wrong? Oh boy, oh boy. No spoilers!If you didn't know...Finding Our Voices is an inclusive Drama programme running at the Academy every Tuesday. Made up of community members with different abilities and challenges, FOV has used physical theatre, puppetry, masks, film, music and dancing (ALWAYS dancing!) to create inspiring performances that are always very well received. The scripts come from the actors, themselves, with a bit of jooshing from the director.
NOTE ***** This is a very SPECIAL performance, as the Academy is in danger of losing its's vital home and putting FOV (among others) out of a place they call their own. There is NO OTHER VENUE that could cater to the needs of this and other performance based groups. If we lose this, it might well be the end of this precious group.
