Mt Richmond Specialist School - 30 Albion Road, Ōtāhuhu, Auckland | Auckland, AU
Learn how to use your funded supports in the community using Enabling Good Lives principles at our next Parent Support Group. We'll be joined by guest speaker Ainsley Darvell from Flying Kites.
Ainsley is preparing a tailored presentation using questions submitted to us.
If you have any questions around using funding, navigating life transitions or navigating the disability sector, please send them to [email protected] by Saturday 15 March.
Any questions or stories are treated with confidentiality, they will help Ainsley to prepare her talk.
After this presentation, there will be time for informal small group conversations and one-on-one chats with Ainsley. There will also be tables set up for arts and crafts, to play games, and enjoy refreshments.
This is a free event for disabled people, their parents and whānau. Children and young people are welcome to join. Please make sure to supervise your whānau member as needed at all times.
We often hear parents mention how much they value the connections they're able to make at our events.
If you're interested in meeting others in the community and sharing experiences together, we welcome you to join us.
