Depression to Succession

I’m Eugenia, and I’m here to share my story in the hope that it sparks something in you.

I’ve been where so many women find themselves: lost in my marriage, drowning in people-pleasing, battling depression, anxiety, and postnatal depression, feeling like my only purpose was to serve everyone else while completely neglecting myself. I hit rock bottom. And in that moment, I made a decision: to take my power back.

I rebuilt myself from the ground up. I learned to love myself unapologetically, set boundaries that actually protected my peace, put myself first without guilt, and turn my biggest dreams into reality. Now, I wake up every day genuinely excited about life and looking forward to making the most of every day. Something I never thought possible.

When I first started this journey, I had no clue who I was, what I wanted, or where to begin. So, I created my own path - a blueprint for reinvention. And now, I want to share it with you.
