This 4 week series, meeting on Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm-7:30 From Feb 4th through Feb 25th will take us on a healing
journey together,
On our Journey we will learn more about ourselves how we personally ended up where we are today.
We will use 2 main methods to make our way from the beginning to the ending of our journey to finding ourselves. Guided imagery meditations, and question and answers reflections in your workbook.
Each week will have a new topic that builds on the previous week:
Week 1: How the hell did I get here?
Week 2:The best parts of me
Week:3 Who I want to be
Week 4: Who will I be ? : Building my path to my future

This course will offer a great reflection for us as we move fully into our new year, getting us more connected and compassionate towards ourselves.
It is strongly encouraged to attend all 4 classes in sequence to get the most out of the classes.
Cost is $100.00 ( $20.00 per class)
and must be paid in advance to hold your spot in the class, as spaces will be limited. The link to pay can be found below.
