Hello Folks of Cumberland, Comox Valley!I'm Heather and I'm excited to bring something I've been working on and running before I moved and landed here- Adult Daycare -
This is a fun and supportive way to connect back to nature and essentially yourself. A place for fun, goofiness, and community. Each time we meet is different and the flow happens together when we drop into her environment.
What's your relationship with ground, the Earth below your feet? How do you re-connect and find that stable place to just exist. This week I want to explore this together. Feel the soil between our toes.
We'll meet at the park and drop in together then find a spot to settle in. There will be some walking and wandering so appropriate footwear for you is a good idea . If it's pouring buckets we can just pivot to a forest walk.
Please be prepared for the weather and insects. Hehe this is adult daycare. We take care of ourselves and each other. Bring everything you would need to be comfortable in Nature for a few hours. Something to use to sit on is a great idea, a small foldable beach chair or blanket. Feel free to bring any art or writing supplies in case if you feel called to create something.
There will be a moment to share some experiences over some snacks. Please bring a healthy snack that we can share pot luck style with everyone. 🙂
Recommended donation suggestion $20-60 BUT THIS IS ALSO JUST A SUGGESTION. I want the medicine to be accessible.

I am loving the medicine that this is creating. Bringing others together, even wading across waters to be where they need to be in that moment. This is where the magic happens! The medicine flows depending on the energy of the group. We've been creating a space where we can be open, vulnerable, and curious. A place where we can play and witness creativity blossom.
