Finding Focus - Inclusive Paddleboard Yoga

Finding Flow and Finding Focus are Waterborn Hub’s inclusive paddleboarding sessions designed for people with additional needs, impairments, and neurodivergence. Together, they offer a supportive pathway onto the water where participants can build confidence, develop skills, and experience the wellbeing benefits of blue space at their own pace.
Finding Focus uses paddleboard yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement to support regulation, reduce anxiety, and improve body awareness on the water.
Finding Focus invites you to connect deeply with yourself and the serene waters of Kingsbridge through our inclusive paddleboard yoga experience. Tailored for those with additional needs, impairments, and neurodivergence, this gentle session blends breathwork, mindful movement, and the calming embrace of blue space to nurture relaxation and boost body awareness. Whether you’re new to paddleboarding or looking for a peaceful way to enhance focus and reduce anxiety, our expert instructors create a safe, supportive environment where you can move at your own pace. Join us at Waterborn and discover how the harmony of yoga and water can help you find balance, calm, and renewed energy amidst nature’s beauty.

Ability: Beginner - Advanced
Age: 14+ (Please remember to book a space for your support person or career if they are joining you on the water)
