Finding Calm in the Chaos
Anxiety can be exhausting.
It can take over your thoughts, your body, and the way you see yourself—often leaving you feeling stuck in cycles that are hard to shift, no matter how much you try
Together, we’ll explore:
* how anxiety shows up for you
* the thoughts and patterns that tend to come with it
* and the way you respond to yourself when anxiety is present
Through guided reflective exercises and conversations, you’ll be invited to begin seeing anxiety not as something to fight, but as a part of you that may be trying to communicate something—however uncomfortable that might feel.
This shift can open up a different kind of relationship with anxiety—one that often softens its intensity, rather than escalating it.
What to expect:
*Facilitation by two experienced psychotherapists who are keen to share their insights with you
* Guided experiential exercises you can take away and revisit
* Space for personal reflection (sharing is always optional)
* A warm, supportive environment
* A slower pace, meeting you where you are
This workshop may be helpful if you:
* feel caught in anxious thought patterns
* notice you are hard on yourself when anxiety shows up
* want a more compassionate and understanding way of working with yourself
* are open to gentle self-reflection
No previous therapy experience is needed.
You don’t need to “fix” your anxiety to begin feeling differently.
Sometimes, changing how you relate to it is where things start to shift.
