Join us for an all skill-level, trauma-informed yoga class to help you connect to your body through breath and movement. Ages 16+
Finding Normal and Gayla Downey (RYT-200) invite you to this all skill-level yoga class designed to introduce you to trauma-informed yoga. This gentle practice focuses on increasing self-awareness and responding to your body with compassion while in a safe, supportive environment. You are encouraged to support your body's needs by moving as little or as much as you like, and choosing which movement variations are most comfortable to you.
