Mistakes happen to every knitter—from first scarves to treasured sweaters. The good news? Almost every knitting mistake has a solution.Join Lindsey for this practical and confidence-building two-session workshop designed to help you recognize, understand, and repair the most common knitting mishaps. You’ll learn how to rescue dropped stitches, fix mistakes in ribbing, tink back safely, ladder down a single stitch column, use lifelines, and decide when a mistake is truly worth fixing.
More importantly, you’ll learn how to read your knitting, so you can understand what happened before panic sets in.
This class is perfect for knitters who already know the basics and are ready to become more fearless in their making. Bring a practice swatch, a current project with a “whoops,” or simply come ready to learn the rescue skills that every knitter needs.
By the end of class, you’ll leave with stronger troubleshooting skills, a calmer mindset, and the confidence to keep going when your stitches take an unexpected turn.
Skill level: Advanced beginner and up
What to bring: Needles, homework swatches, crochet hook, locking markers, and any project that needs a little rescue
This is one of those classes that changes how people feel about knitting forever
Instruction for the homework swatches will be emailed to you when you sign up for the class.
