You may have read the book Start with Why and been inspired to define it, but the book left you hanging wondering “What exactly is my ‘why’?” You likely define your why in terms of something external that motivates you -- your kids, your industry, your process, your apirations. But, what if there’s something more more personal, more internal, more natural that resonates within you and drives every aspect of your life?
That’s your Why!
Your WHY.os is the full 3D image of who you are at your core. With your WHY alone, you gain clarity on your driving force. With the WHY.os you will be able to see how you internally operate and how you externally message yourself.
The Why Operating System, or Why.os, is an intuitive assessment and training program to enhance your understanding of what you authentically bring to your workplace, family and community. By understanding your WHY.os you will better understand how you can unleash your inner motivation to foster a sense of purpose in your work and daily life.
Individual WHY.os Assessments. Each attendee will take the WHY.os Discovery. The first step to internal alignment is understanding your WHY. You will see yourself in an entirely new way. You will respect your gifts, how you operate, and understand what you uniquely bring to be more effective in your daily life.
Personal Dashboard. Once you have completed the discovery, you will receive a completed personalized dashboard. This will have your simple WHY.os statement, a summary of your WHY.os, a completed Venn Diagram with links to your results, downloadable PDFs of your WHY, HOW, and WHAT, videos on how to apply your WHY.os to business, relationships and career, as well as next steps to further live your WHY.os.
