Kate Shanahan-Smith is the Outreach Coordinator at Elizabeth Seton Center, where she leads community engagement, fundraising strategy, and mission-driven outreach. With a background in Neuroscience and a heart rooted in community impact, she took an unexpected leap from healthcare to the nonprofit world. Today, she channels both analytical thinking and creative strategy into building meaningful connections and inspiring generosity. She believes in encouraging others to redefine success on their own terms, build a career that aligns with who they truly are, and confidently create paths that may not yet exist.
