Find Your Role: A Leadership Workshop

Most of us don’t struggle with leadership because we lack skill.

We struggle because we’ve been typecast.

We default to the same roles—planning, executing, supporting, refining—without realizing how much more range we actually have.

This interactive workshop introduces a simple but powerful framework:
what if your leadership style worked like a film crew?

This is not a lecture. It’s a fully interactive, small-group experience designed for real insight and real application.

You’ll:

• Take a guided leadership assessment to uncover your Leading Role
• Identify where you may be getting typecast—and where you want to grow
• Work through a collaborative simulation that brings your leadership style to life
• Reflect on how different roles show up across teams—and what balance actually looks like

This experience is intentionally designed to feel:

We’ll be working in a comfortable, thoughtfully designed clubhouse setting, allowing for both structured activities and natural conversation—because leadership development works best when people can actually think, talk, and connect.
