Find Your Inner Peace: Meditation, Tea Ceremony, and Calligraphy

Escape the fast-paced city life and find a moment of serenity at the 7s Art Meditation, Tea Ceremony & Calligraphy Experience. This immersive session will guide you through Daoist meditation techniques, the elegance of a traditional Chinese tea ceremony, and the artistry of Chinese calligraphy.

The event begins with a guided meditation based on 7s Art’s unique meditation method, developed over years of experience to help relax the body and mind. This simple yet effective practice allows participants to experience mindfulness in daily life.

Following the meditation, immerse yourself in a traditional Chinese tea ceremony, featuring 7s Art’s premium reserve tea, 7s Art Feng Jun (Jin Jun Mei 金骏眉). Harvested from the renowned Tongmu Village in Wuyi Mountain, this black tea offers a rich, complex flavor with notes of honey, fruit, and a slight smokiness, complemented by a smooth, sweet aftertaste. The first three infusions will be savored in a tranquil and refined atmosphere, allowing you to appreciate the evolving flavors and aromas of the tea. After the fourth infusion, the session transitions into an open discussion, providing an opportunity to share insights, connect with like-minded individuals, and foster meaningful conversations.

To complete the experience, participants will engage in a Chinese calligraphy session, where they will learn to write the character “谷雨” (Grain Rain) in Ou Kai style. This seasonal character represents the last spring solar term, marking the transition from spring to early summer, making it a perfect keepsake to welcome the change of seasons.
