Harness the medicine of music through melody, harmony, rhythm, and silence, to bring a sense of joy and peace!We’ll be using our breath and voice to activate and energise chakras and organs. We’ll be coming together in a circle to chant and sing simple mantras and songs from across cultures. We’ll learn a few simple beats on the frame drum to add an element of rhythm. We’ll end with a short soothing sound bath that’ll give you that ultimate feeling of bliss.No musical experience needed. You’ll be provided with drums to play during the session.
