This 1hr dance-fitness class isn’t about perfect choreography — it’s about the experience and focusing on how you feel in your body: connected, grounded, and pure joy!
You’ll be guided through strength & cardio, disguised as fun!! Think: intuitive, feel-good movement to music you know & love.
This class is designed to help you get out of your head & reconnect with your body while also releasing stress and pent up emotions. I promise you will leave feeling radiant, confident, & energized.
