Limited to 10 people, there are 2 spots left for this boutique yoga and meditation retreat at Baton House, owned by the Baton Valley Trust. Their mission begins “We aspire to achieve small-scale, sustainable conservation, in order to maintain and regenerate native species of flora and fauna…”
The focus of the weekend is rest and connection: exploring wellbeing practices that allow you to destress and connect to yourself, each other, and Nature away from your busy life so you can feel grounded, nurtured and centred. Ange Palmer, noted herbalist will host a medicinal plant workshop, and there will be an opportunity to support the Baton Valley Trust by spending some time helping them on the land.
Being at Baton House means you are immersed in Nature and you will have plenty of time to explore and enjoy the stunning surroundings, or just relax.
A bit more about what to expect…
Each day you there will be a Vinyasa Flow yoga session and a guided meditation/relaxation practice.
Ange’s workshop ’Speed Dating with Plants’, will be a fun, hands on romp in the garden under the guidance of Herbalist Ange Palmer, get up close and personal with some gorgeous healing flora. But be warned, you may get a little turned on to herbal medicine, and leave wanting more…
The yoga classes are for all levels, please be mindful that if you are an experienced yogi wanting a challenge then this probably is not the retreat for you.
