Find Your Flow: YogaSix Leander x Fleet Feet Leander

Join YogaSix Leander and Fleet Feet Leander for the first class in our new monthly pop-up yoga series: Find Your Flow.

Whether you run, walk, train, lift, or simply want to move and feel better, this class is designed to help you build strength, mobility, balance, and recovery into your active lifestyle.

Our first pop-up class will be led by Daisy and will feature Y6 Signature Flow, a balanced, energizing yoga class that combines movement, breath, strength, and mindful flow. This class is approachable for all levels and a great fit for runners, walkers, and fitness enthusiasts looking to support their bodies and reset their weekend.
