Find Your Balance – Therapist Led Yoga For 50+This gentle, therapist-led yoga class is designed especially for adults 50 and over who want to move with more ease, strength, and confidence. Combining the mindfulness of yoga with functional movements that support everyday independence and mobility, each session helps improve balance, flexibility, and body awareness in a safe, supportive environment.
Before your first session the workshop leader Jade will ask you to complete a health questionnaire and waiver to help her to best prepare the course for you. Taunton Brewhouse, as organiser and host, will hold a copy of this information for the duration of the course.
