Find What Fits: A Four-Week Neuro-Motives Pilot Programme
About this Event
Join Harry Thompson and Laura of Xanadu Neuro-Motives for a unique four-week journey into personality, neurodiversity, motivation and self-understanding.
Through presentation, discussion and interactive exercises, we'll explore why different people thrive in different environments, what motivates us, how neurodiversity shapes our experiences, and how a better understanding of ourselves can help us make more informed decisions about work, education and life.
The programme consists of four connected sessions:
Week 1 – Personality
Understanding yourself and individual differences.
Week 2 – Neurodiversity
Exploring different ways of thinking, processing and experiencing the world.
Week 3 – Motivation
Examining what energises, engages and sustains us.
Week 4 – Nurture Your Nature
Bringing everything together to help you identify your needs, what fulfils you, and to explore future direction.
Whether you're neurodivergent, considering career options, reflecting on life choices, a parent or supporting others in some capacity, or simply curious about human nature and how people work and thrive, this Neuro-Motives programme offers a thoughtful and welcoming space for exploration, growth and reflection.
