Immerse yourself in the cozy atmosphere of Hemp and Tea Co.’s tea lounge as we explore this month's theme: Creativity & the Sacral Chakra.
Event Highlights:

• Tea Circle: Haley, Hemp and Tea Co.’s tea guru, will guide us through a tea teaching focused on awareness and the heart chakra. Learn about the medicinal and holistic benefits of this month’s featured tea, then enjoy a sample as Haley answers your questions.
• CAPS Community Circle: Learn how to weave tea into your mindfulness and integration practices with Kat Shuler. Share and discuss integration tools that have been your personal medicine.
• Mix & Mingle: Engage in meaningful conversations with like-minded individuals on consciousness, mindfulness, and psychedelic experiences.

FREE harm and risk reduction materials will be provided for you to take home with you donated by Twin City Harm Reduction.
