Join the CSAP Southern Area for our Hybrid Call to Meeting (In-Person + Zoom)—a practical, engaging program designed to strengthen your understanding of parliamentary procedure and Robert’s Rules of Order while building skills you can use immediately in boards, associations, and nonprofits. Visitors and non-members are welcome.

Evan has presented on parliamentary procedure to many cities and towns across Rhode Island. He is also Principal of Evan Lemoine CPA LLC (Providence, RI), focusing on small business taxes and consulting, nonprofit organizations, governance, and meeting management.

Topic: Financial Training for Officers
This session will focus on the financial responsibilities and best practices officers should understand to support strong governance, transparency, and effective meetings.

This meeting will also include the CSAP Southern Area Election, so your participation matters—whether you attend in person or on Zoom.
