Come enjoy one last morning with Kelly, an experienced 500 hr. Register Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master Teacher, before she gets ready to move back to Florida. She will safely guide you and participants of all levels throughout the flow of a fun class. We will use various breathing techniques as well as trauma-informed practices to help you alleviate physical tension and mental stress as you move to increase flexibility, stability, & strength. Your $15 registration fee covers a 75-min All-Levels Yoga class and includes a post-Yoga pint.*What can I expect?
Kelly creates a safe and laid-back atmosphere, where she will encourage you to listen to your body, realize your fullest potential, and explore the connections to the self and beyond. And don’t forget: we get to relax and Zen out together after class with fabulous friends and delicious beer – rehydration is key😉
*What could I bring?
We will brew the beer, but you can B.Y.O. Yoga mat (we will have a few extras), bottle of water, any Yoga props (blocks, blanket, or strap) and comfortable, stretchy clothing you can easily move in. At the Tap Room we practice Yoga in the brewhouse where the temperature fluctuates depending on the weather, so please consider wearing layers.

🌈All Humans are Always Welcome! People of all ages & experience levels are encouraged to try Yoga with us in a safe and encouraging environment. Stick around after class and enjoy pints with friends... because Beer ALWAYS tastes better after Yoga! Post-class pint is included with each ticket (Under 21 will receive 2 sodas in place of beer).
